The purpose of these pages is to present a case to the Internet Provider in the United Arab Emirates to allow its customers access at affordable and reasonable rates.

The main issue of Etisalat's Internet rates is the
  non-availability of an Unlimited Rate.

This will alleviate the major gripe of customers that use the Internet more than a few hours a day. The solution is without a doubt the speedy implementation of an Unlimited Rate Plan while keeping the toll free access number intact.

So what can YOU do NOW to get an unlimited rate?

What you need to do right now is to tell Etisalat that you want a reasonably priced Unlimited Plan. When enough customers ask for a service they can provide but are not, there is no reason for them not to introduce it.

Skip straight to what we can do about it.

The case for this request is presented throughout these pages.
Perhaps it is best summarized by this
Open Letter To Etisalat.

This is what needs to be done by you now.
Tell Etisalat what you want.
When enough of their customers ask for a service they can provide but are not, there is no reason for them not to introduce it.

In that Email, the Most Important point to make is:
You want an unlimited plan which is reasonable.

The unlimited plan should not replace the toll free dial up number. Proxy Servers need to be increased and made faster. Dial up Protocol and the latest technology modems should be employed. It should not take 5 errors at 45 seconds an error before connecting. An increase in the Bandwidth available to accommodate the huge growth in Internet users. Mention whatever else is on your mind but please keep the language polite. Being abusive or emotional will not serve the purpose.

Feel free to use this Open Letter to Etisalat verbatim or to make any points.
